1. Cancellation Window
Orders placed on Einig can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the shipment has not yet been processed by our logistics partners. If you wish to cancel an order, please visit our Contact Page or verify your shipment status on our Track Order portal with your Order ID.
2. Refund Eligibility & Method
Once a refund request is approved by the Einig team, the refund amount is credited directly back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customer care will request bank account or UPI details for secure transfer.

3. Processing Timeline
Refunds are initiated within 48 to 72 business hours after approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credited funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
