COD Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Mandatory Agreement. Please read carefully before placing a COD order.
Important Notice: By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) and proceeding with your order, you explicitly agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Binding Commitment
I confirm that placing a COD order is a legally binding commitment, and I agree to accept and pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

Additional COD Charges
I understand that a ₹200 COD fee is applicable and will be added to my order total.

Order Confirmation Requirement
I agree that:
- My order will be verified via WhatsApp/SMS
- Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation
- Once confirmed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

Cancellation Terms
- I can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it
- After dispatch, cancellation is strictly not allowed

Delivery Obligation
I agree to:
- Be available at the delivery address
- Accept the order without refusal
- Pay the full amount at delivery

Refusal & Policy Violation
I understand that:
- Refusing or ignoring a COD delivery is considered a violation of this agreement
- My account may be restricted or blocked from future COD orders

Legal Action Clause
I acknowledge that placing a COD order without intent to accept delivery may result in:
- Recovery of shipping and handling charges
- Legal action under applicable laws for damages and misuse

Final Consent
By placing your order via Cash on Delivery, you confirm that you have:
- Read and understood all COD terms
- Agreed to comply with all conditions
- Accepted legal responsibility for this order
